VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (VIN)
Please include VIN number to ensure part accuracy and to get you the most up-to-date part.
Please be aware, As of June 9th 2014, we no longer have access to VIN information for cars based in Puerto Rico. Due to this, we can no longer reliably look up and service these vehicles.
If you did NOT include the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) at the time of your order, there will be no returns or exchanges on the parts ordered if they are found to be incorrect at the time of delivery. Orders without VIN will be considered sold "as is". Cancelations done before the order ships will be honored, and the client will be refunded in full (part purchase + shipping).
All exterior body items do not come painted. You will need to have them painted before you install. If you have questions please email to confirm.
Currently we can only ship within the U.S.A. Only!
Allow 3-14 days for order. We cannot ship to P.O.. boxes or Military bases.
All orders totaling $50.00 and above are now eligible for free shipping. Please note: Weight, length, height and width will have an effect on free shipping eligibility. Example; If you order oversized parts such as a bumper or radiator, those would potentially not be eligible for free shipping. Anyone potentially ordering over sized parts, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote. We will always try and provide low-cost or reduced price shipping.
All orders 49.99 and below will be charged a $10.00 shipping and handling fee for standard shipping.
We cannot ship HAZ-MAT items such as SHOCKS, STRUTS, TOUCH-UP PAINT, AIR BAGS, SEAT BELTS, SEAT BELT BUCKLES OR PRE-TENSIONERS or LIQUIDS. If you are unsure if an item is HAZ-MAT in nature, please email us as we will be glad to help you.
Due to keys and most remotes being considered security items, we cannot cut or ship keys. Uncut keys are ok to ship. Most local KIA dealers will cut the blanks for a nominal fee or for free.
Due to recent events with credit card security and identity theft, the billing address must match that of the payment (credit card). If it does not, the order will be automatically canceled and the client notified with the reason for the cancelation.
Please be aware, we cannot accept credit cards that the financial instutution is not primarily based in the United States. These cards (international cards), in most cases, do not pass our Authorization system and orders that do not pass will be canceled. Please contact your financial instutution to see if they support AVS Authorization system.
